Peter states he is “a slave of Christ.” (Verse 1) Why is everyone a slave to something—either to God or false idols?
How does knowing that your faith is equal in value to the faith of those who wrote Scripture change your behavior? (Verse 1)
How does truly knowing God lead to experiencing His abundant grace and peace? (Verse 2)
How does verse 3 show us that we have no excuse for failing to be what God wants us to be? (Notice the words “divine power” and “everything”.)
What “precious promises” has God given us? How does remembering those promises strengthen our resolve to live for the Lord? (Verse 4)
